However, appreciate using in small, tile entryway: stay well in place and catch casual dirt otherwise carried up carpeted steps. Of course, in front of fireplace. Great in front of favorite reading chair: holds well to existing wall-to-wall carpeting AND buffers extra shoe scuffing from pushing up or down in front of chair.

Great looking hearth rug. Matches our carpet perfectly. Fire retardent construction. Non slip holds firmly. Lies flat. Our Cocker Spaniel LOVES to sleep on it on cold winter days and nights.

This hearth rug is very attractive. Because of the design, it is perfect as an accent rug during the holidays. The price was the best I could find online, and I really shopped around. I would highly recommend this purchase if you're looking for a practical and pretty accessory for the fireplace

This exact same hearth rug was twice the price at other websites. The construction seeems very durable. Since it is new, I can not say much more than that.
