Description

With a unique, circular wrought iron design on the center panel, directional feathers extending out from the circle, and intertwining lines flowing through all three panels with scrolling embellishments, the Egan Fireplace Screen is sure to add a distinct touch to your cozy fireplace space. A dark brown undercoat with a dark gray wash and a tan glaze finish completes the look. This screen features an arching center panel with side panels that rise up at opposite angles.     I bought this screen for decoration at the moment. We have not bought our gas logs yet so I can not comment on the functionality of this product. But, it is beautiful (just as it was described). It is sturdy, well made, and I believe it will work just fine.

    Service and delivery comments:

    The delivery was very prompt. The screen arrived in perfect condition. I had no need of customer service because it was a perfect online purchase - easy, immediate email notifications of sale process, and quick processing and delivery!

        A: Fireplace screens, like fireplaces, come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Single-panel fireplace screens are easiest for determining proper size because they stand across the fireplace in a straight line. Multi-paneled screens have a curved effect, which makes things more complicated. To determine the proper screen size for your fireplace, add 10 to 12 inches to the width of your fireplace and 3 to 5 inches to the height. This allows sufficient positioning angles, which keep the fireplace screen securely upright.
